New Pokhara Dubai air route to start next month
Kathmandu-Regular flights between Pokhara and Dubai are set to commence. Starting from Bhadra 7 (late August), Flydubai will operate scheduled flights from Pokhara.According to Pokhara Metropolitan City Mayor Dhanraj Acharya, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has granted Flydubai permission to operate the service.
Flydubai will use a 167-seat Boeing 737 aircraft for the route, connecting Pokhara with Dubai International Airport. The aircraft is scheduled to land in Pokhara at 6:15 PM and depart for Dubai at 7:15 PM. The journey is expected to take approximately five hours, according to the Civil Aviation Authority.
The Authority also stated that, in the initial phase, Flydubai has obtained flight permission for one month only.
