Kathmandu — Bajaj Auto has officially announced that it will unveil a new variant of its popular Pulsar motorcycle on August 12.
The company released a video teaser confirming that the new Pulsar will be launched in the Indian market during the second week of August. The teaser features the tagline, “Twist Into an All-New Rush,” suggesting that the upcoming motorcycle could be more than a routine update and may mark the introduction of an entirely new Pulsar model.
Bajaj has not yet revealed which model will be launched. However, reports suggest that the company could introduce a new version of either the Pulsar 150 or the Pulsar 125.
The upcoming motorcycle is expected to feature a completely redesigned appearance, an updated chassis, a refined engine, improved suspension and modern technological features. Bajaj is reportedly aiming to provide a more enjoyable riding experience while making the motorcycle more comfortable and suitable for everyday use.
There is also speculation that Bajaj could unveil its first flex-fuel Pulsar, compatible with E85 fuel, as the Indian government continues to promote cleaner alternative fuels. If launched, it would be the company’s first attempt to introduce flex-fuel technology in the Pulsar series.
The Pulsar has remained one of Bajaj’s most popular and prestigious motorcycle brands for nearly 25 years. Therefore, reports suggest that the company may choose the iconic Pulsar lineup to introduce its next major innovation.
In recent years, Bajaj has introduced several updates to the Pulsar N and NS series. However, the original Pulsar lineup has not received any major changes for a considerable period, making the upcoming launch particularly significant.
