‘Trishuli Villa’ operationalized with Rs 100 million investment
Trishuli Riverside Resort owner Uddav Kandel introduced ‘Trishuli Villa’ on the opposite bank of the Trishuli River. With an investment of around Rs 100 million on a 15-ropani plot, the villa comprises 37 rooms spread across 12 villas, offering upgraded amenities compared to the resort.
Currently, 22 rooms are operational, with 15 more expected to open soon. The villa features a conference hall for 300 people, catering primarily to corporate guests, along with a sauna and steam room for wellness enthusiasts. Private parties, campfires, and barbecues can be arranged upon request.
Packages start from Rs 4,000, including dinner, room, breakfast, and access to amenities like the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and hiking. The villa also houses a restaurant and bar, boasting scenic river views from room balconies.
Kandel highlighted the villa’s appeal for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions, leveraging its picturesque riverside location and proximity to adventure activities such as sky cycling, ziplining, and rafting.
Access to the villa is possible via ziplining or sky cycling from Trishuli Riverside Resort or by crossing a suspension bridge for those seeking a less adventurous route. Parking is available for vehicles, and bikers can reach the villa via the suspension bridge.
