Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu hosts K-Town’s largest biryani and kebab festival

Fairfield by Marriott Kathmandu has introduced taste buds with its “Where Tradition Meets Temptation” Biryani and Kebab Festival. Running from August 22nd to 31st, the event at Kava, the hotel’s signature restaurant, promises a culinary journey like no other.

As Kathmandu’s biggest Biryani and Kebab festival, guests can indulge in an unlimited variety of these iconic dishes, each prepared with authentic flavors and the finest ingredients. The festival boasts over five different types of Biryani and Kebabs, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates.
