Bus accident on Narayanghat-Mugling road leaves 15 injured

A bus narrowly fell into the Trishuli River after an accident on the Narayanghat-Mugling road. The crash happened around 7:15 a.m. today when the bus lost control at a sharp turn and hit a roadside divider.

The Trishuli River is about 100 meters below the road. According to police, 15 people were hurt in the accident and taken to Chitwan Medical College for treatment. Two of the injured are in serious condition.

The bus, heading from Mahendranagar to Kathmandu, crashed into the divider. After the accident, traffic at the site has been reduced to one lane.
