Bioscope Cinema announces its first film ‘Paran’

Bioscope Cinema Pvt. Ltd., jointly owned by Shekhar Golchha, Chairman of Golchha Group, and Ranjit Acharya, CEO of Prisma Advertising, has officially announced its first movie production, Paran.

The announcement was made on Wednesday during a special event in Kathmandu. The film will be directed by Deepak Acharya, popularly known as “Kaku” from the hit comedy series Sakkigoni. This marks his directorial debut.

Veteran actor Nir Shah will play a central role in Paran, alongside a stellar cast, including Madan Krishna Shrestha, Keki Adhikari, Praween Khatiwada, Buddhi Tamang, Mahesh Tripathi, Anjana Baraili, Puja Chand, Subash Gajurel, and Yaman Shrestha. The film will also feature Aryadeep Acharya, the youngest son of the director, as a child artist.

The movie is set to begin production in the first week of February, with shooting locations in Kathmandu and Dhankuta.
