Hero Launches Destini 125
April 17, 2019: Hero MotoCorp Ltd on Tuesday launched the Destini 125, a family scooter with the revolutionary i3S technology, in the Nepali market.
Price of Destini 125 in Nepal is Rs 206,000 . The stylish new scooter will be available at Hero dealerships across all major cities in the country.
The new scooter has been designed and developed at Hero MotoCorp’s world-class R&D centre, the ‘Centre for Innovation and Technology’ (CIT) in the northern Indian city of Jaipur.
Destini 125 brings Hero’s intuitive i3S (Idle-stop-start system) to the scooter segment for enhanced efficiency. In addition, a Digital-analog speedometer, side stand indicator and service due reminder assure a hassle-free ride. The Destini 125 draws its power from a new 125cc energy boost engine, producing power output of 8.7 bhp @6750 rpm and maximum torque of 10.2 Nm @5000 rpm.
The external fuel-filling system, remote key opening, mobile charging port, and boot light offer unmatched convenience. The scooter also provides superior road comfort and safety with telescopic suspension and an integrated braking system.
Adding to the style quotient are the four premium metallic colors – noble red, chestnut bronze, panther black and pearl silver white.
Hero MotoCorp said it has been offering other three brands of scooters – the 100cc Pleasure, the 110cc Maestro Edge and the 110cc Duet. With the addition of the Destini 125, the company now has a presence in fast growing 125cc scooter market. The Hero product range in the country now consists of HF Deluxe, Splendor+, Splendor iSmart 110, Super Splendor, Passion PRO, Glamour, Achiever, Xtreme Sports, Karizma ZMR and Xtreme 200R, Pleasure, Duet, Maestro Edge and Destini 125.
