Jyoti Group rebrands as Padma Jyoti Group

Kathmandu, Dec 16: Jyoti Group has officially rebranded as Padma Jyoti Group, marking a significant transformation and a fresh chapter in its journey. The announcement, along with the unveiling of a new logo, was made by Padma Jyoti, the Chairman Emeritus of Padma Jyoti Group during an event at the Marriott Hotel on Sunday.

The Padma Jyoti Group, as per a company statement, aims to maintain its reputation for quality through its trusted brands while introducing new strategies for growth and innovation. “The transition signifies our commitment to progress, adaptability, and seizing new opportunities,” the statement read.

The rebranding follows a split within the Jyoti family due to a property dispute. Elder brother Padma Jyoti, former president of Jyoti Group, has established the Padma Jyoti Group, while younger brother Dr. Roop Jyoti, former vice president, remains with the original entity.

With visionary leaders Padma Jyoti, Saurabh Jyoti, Srijana Shakya Jyoti, Suhrid Jyoti, and Arati Jyoti at the helm, the new group aims to uphold its high standards while embracing innovation for a brighter future.
