Ncell launches ‘Monthly Voice Pack’; 400 mins on-net talk time at Rs 200

August 01, 2016 The leading mobile service provider of the country Ncell has launched ‘Monthly Voice Pack’ for its prepaid customers, broadening scope of voice pack to allow customers avail voice services at more affordable tariff.
 
Under the monthly pack, customers get 400 minutes of on-net talk time at just Rs 200 (including taxes). This means; while making calls to any other Ncell number, it will cost only 50 paisa per minute including tax.
 
The Monthly Voice Pack is coming into effect from Monday (August 1, 2016) as a permanent voice product. Customers can subscribe the pack by dialing *17118# and selecting option 5. To activate from IVR, customer need to dial 17118 and press 5. Customers can also activate the pack typing 200 and sending SMS to 17118.
 
“We are pleased to introduce this Monthly Voice Pack, subscribing to which our prepaid customers will be able to talk with their loved ones at 50 paisa per minute within Ncell network,” Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell. “The pack has been introduced in-line with our commitment to provide quality services at affordable rates.”
 
Customers can buy this pack as many times as they want, as per their communication need and get benefited by making calls at less price. Once the validity period expires or talk time finishes, customers will be charged normal tariff, which is Rs 2.50 (including taxes) per minute for making calls to Ncell number.
 
The pack can also be bought or activated through channels like Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Virtual Fund Transfer (VFT) and Ncell Mobile App. In a bid to provide voice service at affordable rates, Ncell has also been providing Daily Voice Pack, Weekly Voice Pack, Daily Night Voice Pack and Day Voice Pack to its prepaid customers. Customer can get all the information about the voice pack by dialing the short number 17118.
