NFPJ delegations travel to Shandong, China, to showcase Nepal’s culture and tourism
The 14 National Forum of Photojournalists (NFPJ) delegations from Nepal, led by Central President Pradeep Raj Onta, have departed for China to participate in a photography exhibition. The Pinchao Photographer Association invited the team, which will showcase Nepal’s beauty and diversity in Shandong Province.
The exhibition, “Flying Over the Himalayas: Shandong Cultural Week and Fascinating Nepal,” is being organized in collaboration with renowned Chinese photographer Su Xue and the Nepal-China Friendship Forum. It aims to highlight Nepal’s tourism, arts, culture, lifestyle, and diversity through approximately 100 captivating photographs. The exhibition will be held across various cities in Shandong Province and will continue for one month.
According to Sunil Sharma, tour coordinator; the program seeks to foster friendships between photojournalists from Nepal and China while promoting mutual cultural and tourism development. The delegation will also visit significant educational and tourist sites in China as part of the trip.
