Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance and inDrive Nepal sign accident insurance agreement

Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance (SALICO) and inDrive Nepal have signed an agreement for accident insurance coverage. The agreement was signed by Chunky Chhetry, CEO of SALICO, and Rita Pokharel, Director of inDrive Nepal.

Under this insurance, in case of an accident, drivers and passengers will receive NPR 800,000 for death or permanent disability, and up to NPR 80,000 for medical expenses. For minor passengers, compensation will be 50% of the insured amount.

Policyholders can claim the insured amount through the company’s claims department. The insurance aims to ensure a safer and more secure travel experience for riders and drive users.
