June 5, 2018: BhatBhateniOnline.com, Nepal’s popular online shopping portal, has been acquired by F1Soft International, one of Nepal’s largest IT companies and the owners of eSewa – Nepal’s first and leading online payment platform. Following the acquisition, the website will be rebranded and operated as eSewaPasal.com.
BhatBhateniOnline.com has been in operation since six years and has gained immense popularity over the past few years.
“The acquisition is based on our intent to make online shopping accessible, affordable and convenient for people living in Nepal. We have decided to operate it as eSewaPasal.com as people can instantly connect with the popular eSewa brand,” Dhakal said. “Our technical expertise shall also play a vital role in making eSewaPasal a robust and secure website,” he added.
