Company Registrar Office Enables Online Download of PAN and Registration Certificates

Kathmandu- The Office of the Company Registrar (OCR) has announced that companies registered in Nepal can now directly download and print their Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Company Registration Certificate through its CAMIS online system.

According to a press release issued by the Office of the Company Registrar under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, the service has been launched following the implementation of an electronic interoperability system with the Inland Revenue Department.

The office said the integrated system, developed in line with an agreement signed on Baisakh 31, 2083, was officially brought into operation in the CAMIS system on Asar 15, 2083.

With the new digital service, registered companies no longer need to visit the Company Registrar’s Office to obtain their PAN or registration certificate. Instead, they can download and print the documents directly through the CAMIS portal.The Office stated that the notice has been issued to inform service seekers and all concerned stakeholders about the availability of the new online facility, which is expected to make company registration services faster, easier, and more efficient.
