NFPJ’s Personality Development and Flash Photography training concluded
The National Forum of Photo Journalists (NFPJ) Nepal organized a two-day training session on personality development and technical aspects of flash photography and lightroom. The training was held for 13 photojournalists from NFPJ Nepal’s central committee.
During the opening ceremony, Pradeep Raj Onta, the organization’s president, emphasized that such programs are essential for developing technical skills and capabilities. He mentioned that the training aims to attract photojournalists working in various media outlets to this field and to inspire confidence that they can inform the world about Nepal through photojournalism while staying in the country. He also stated that NFPJ Nepal is committed to providing such training to photojournalists across Nepal in the future.
During the two-day training, Digambar Rajbanshi, the General Secretary of the Nepal Photographers Association provided information on how to use the flash in cameras and about the available flashes worldwide.
Similarly, Rajesh Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of Akshara School and motivational speaker discussed the rights and benefits of the organization and how to develop the personality of photojournalists. He provided insights to the participants on how to dress confidently and how to engage in quality photojournalism in the future.
