Apple unveils iPhone 16 series at ‘It’s Glowtime’ event

Apple has introduced its latest iPhone 16 series at the ‘It’s Glowtime’ event, unveiling four new models: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The new lineup is designed with generative artificial intelligence capabilities, positioning Apple in the competitive tech landscape as it aims to boost sales.

The iPhone 16 series retains last year’s pricing, with the 128GB variants of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus starting at approximately $799 and $899, respectively. One of the standout changes for the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus is a major design overhaul, featuring a vertical camera layout instead of the diagonal setup seen in previous models. This upgrade is expected to enhance the ability to capture spatial video, setting the devices apart from their predecessors.

For the Pro and Pro Max models, Apple promises significant enhancements, particularly in the rear camera system, design, chipset, AI capabilities, battery life, and display size. These substantial improvements could lead to an increase in prices for the Pro variants, reflecting their advanced features and positioning within the market.
