Coca-Cola Nepal launches FIFA World Cup 2026 Campaign in Kathmandu
Kathmandu- Coca-Cola Nepal has officially launched its FIFA World Cup 2026 campaign at a special event held in the capital, bringing together popular figures from sports and the entertainment industry.
The event featured the unveiling of Coca-Cola Nepal’s new brand ambassador, limited-edition FIFA-themed Coca-Cola packs, as well as audio and visual content created for the campaign. Fans will soon see these special edition products in the Nepali market.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ajay Konale, Managing Director of Bottlers Nepal, said the campaign is designed to connect Nepali consumers with the global excitement of FIFA. He highlighted that Coca-Cola aims to create memorable experiences through special activations and products, strengthening its role in celebrations and shared moments of joy.
The highlight of the event was the announcement of popular Nepali actor Pradeep Khadka as Coca-Cola Nepal’s newest brand ambassador. He expressed happiness and pride in joining the global brand and said he is excited for the journey ahead.
Coca-Cola also introduced key faces of the campaign, including Nepal national football team players Anjan Bista and Anjana Rana Magar, along with actress Swastima Khadka. The celebrities shared their excitement about football and its unifying spirit.
The event ended with the preview of FIFA-themed packaging, the official Coke anthem, and promotional videos for the FIFA World Cup 2026 campaign.
Coca-Cola has maintained a long-standing partnership with FIFA since 1974 and has been an official World Cup sponsor since 1978. In Nepal, the brand has been part of everyday life for over five decades, and the new campaign aims to connect this legacy with the passion of Nepali football fans.
